Ce projet a vu le jour grâce à l’association l’Image qui parle, association culturelle, portée par Patricia La Calvez. Cette association est ancrée sur le territoire de Paimpol, soutenue par des institutions telles que la DRAC Bretagne, le CIAS de Guingamp-Paimpol Agglomération, le Conseil Départemental des Côtes d'Armor, la CAF des Côtes d'Armor et la ville de Paimpol, ainsi que des partenariats essentiels avec la gendarmerie de Guingamp-Paimpol et l'Association Maison de l'Argoat, c'est une démarche collaborative et sociale. Il intègre poésies, photographies, installation, collectage sonore et danse !
This project came to life thanks to the association L'Image qui parle, a cultural association led by Patricia Le Calvez. This association is anchored in the territory of Paimpol, supported by institutions such as DRAC Bretagne, CIAS de Guingamp-Paimpol Agglomération, the Departmental Council of Côtes d'Armor, CAF des Côtes d'Armor and the city of Paimpol, as well as essential partnerships with the Guingamp-Paimpol gendarmerie and the Association Maison de l'Argoat. It is a collaborative and social approach that integrates poetry, photography, installation, sound collection and dance!
Ces créations sont nées de la nécessité de rendre la parole des femmes visible dans l’espace commun. Ces créations sont les moyens utilisés pour rendre compte des violences subies par les femmes au quotidien ainsi que dans leur intime, en leur offrant un lieu d’écoute et de visibilité.
Ces textes, photographies, podcast et installation ont été créés à partir de témoignages de femmes originaires de Paimpol et de son agglomération. Les textes sont hybrides, entre narration et poésie, telle une analogie.
These creations were born from the necessity to make women's voices visible in the common space. These creations are the means used to account for the violence suffered by women in their daily lives as well as in their intimacy, by offering them a place for listening and visibility.
These texts, photographs, podcasts and installation were created from testimonies of women from Paimpol and its metropolitan area. The texts are hybrid, between narration and poetry, like an analogy.

Dance Performance at the Bobines de Femmes Festival in Lanloup
L'installation présente une vingtaine de robes contemporaines suspendues à différentes hauteurs Les robes arborent des poches en velours rouge, symbolisant des blessures intimes et collectives. à l'intérieur desquelles sont placés les textes.
Les photographies montrent des images symboliques tout en restant proches du réel et du vécu, l’irréel agissant comme une référence au choc traumatique. Déni collectif et individuel face à la situation de violence... Chaque femme porte le récit d’une autre, le texte n’étant pas forcément en lien avec le modèle photographié.
« Ces paroles, ces rencontres avec des femmes victimes nourrissent mon travail, c’est ma matière première. De cette récolte de paroles, j’en prélève des bribes. Je retravaille ces récits sous le prisme artistique. Je souhaite agir à mon niveau d’artiste, pour donner la parole aux femmes victimes. Avec l’art, j’ai trouvé un moyen d’extérioriser ma pensée et faire remonter le refoulé à la surface.»

The installation presents about twenty contemporary dresses suspended at different heights. The dresses feature red velvet pockets, symbolizing intimate and collective wounds, inside which the texts are placed.
The photographs show symbolic images while remaining close to reality and lived experience, the unreal acting as a reference to traumatic shock. Collective and individual denial in the face of violent situations... Each woman carries another's story, the text not necessarily being linked to the photographed model.
"These words, these encounters with women victims nourish my work, they are my raw material. From this harvest of words, I extract fragments. I rework these stories through an artistic prism. I wish to act at my level as an artist, to give voice to women victims. With art, I have found a way to externalize my thoughts and bring the repressed to the surface."

6 femmes qui ont participé à HUIS CLOS se sont retrouvées au LIEU, espace de danse de la Compagnie Grégoire and Co à Guingamp pour 12 ateliers autour du corps et de la réparation.
Sylvie Le Quéré, chorégraphe, invite ces femmes à se mettre en mouvement ensemble, en danse pour partager, reconquérir par le corps la transformation de la douleur qui devient douceur.

6 women who participated in HUIS CLOS came together at LE LIEU, dance space of Compagnie Grégoire and Co in Guingamp for 12 workshops around the body and healing.
Sylvie Le Quéré, choreographer, invites these women to move together, in dance to share, to reconquer through the body the transformation of pain that becomes gentleness.
